Shipping policy

Order Processing & Turnaround

  • We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

Carriers & Shipping Methods

  • We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for our deliveries.
  • All typical service levels offered by these carriers (Standard, Expedited, etc.) may be available at checkout.
  • Tracking: Tracking details are typically provided through our Shopify system. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Fees

  • Bath Fans: Free shipping on all bath fan purchases.
  • Extra Parts: Flat $6.99 shipping fee.
  • No handling fees are applied.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship orders within the United States only.
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes due to package size constraints. All other U.S. addresses are valid.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us immediately (within as short a window as possible).
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge reshipping fees to send it to the correct address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We handle lost, stolen, or damaged packages on a case-by-case basis.
  • We recommend the customer file a carrier claim first if your package is missing or arrives damaged.
  • We do not currently offer standalone shipping insurance, unless provided by the carrier through Shopify.

  • If there are any issues with your shipment (delays, delivery problems, etc.), we will reach out to you directly or you can contact us for assistance.
